Why can't I change the "Roll over time deposit" button?

You can't change the Time Deposit rollover button because either you have passed the change deadline (3 days before maturity date), or your Time Deposit (TD) investment amount exceeds the balance allowed in a TD account.

Hi luv! Just a quick heads-up.

Starting March XX, 2026, Time Deposits with amounts greater than PHP100,000 will no longer be eligible for rollover. If rollover was previously turned on for these deposits, the system will automatically disable it. This change is due to an update to our maximum rollover limit, which has been adjusted from PHP250,000 to PHP100,000.
