  • Local Bank Debit Card (Minimum amount PHP 500)
  • PESONet (Posting of payment will be next banking day; Minimum transfer amount and cut-offs depend on your (ex)bank)
  • InstaPay (Minimum transfer amount and cut-offs depend on your (ex)bank)
  • Link your GCash account to pay your loan here.

Can I pre-terminate my Credit Builder? (Early full settlement)

Good question, luv! There are two ways you can pre-terminate your Credit Builder: 

1. You can settle your Credit Builder on your own in full by going to your Loans Dashboard and tapping on the "I want to close the loan" button. 

Take note that you'll need to have enough balance to pay it off in full. If not, we'll ask you to top-up your Tonik Account first. 

2. You can always advise our Customer Care hotline at +63253222645 and we will notify you of the amount to be paid to close your existing Loan.

Can I fully pay the loaned Credit Builder amount within two weeks from the cash disbursement? How much shall I pay?

Yes, you can settle in full through our self-service early full settlement feature through the app's Loans Dashboard or just advise our Customer Care hotline at +63253222645, and we will notify you of the outstanding amount you have to pay to settle your existing Credit Builder Loan. I changed my mind halfway through my Credit Builder application! Can I reset everything?

Yes you can, luv! Feel free to cancel your Credit Builder application by clicking on the door icon at the top right corner of your screen. Heads up, this will erase all the information you've previously entered and you can only do this before you get to the Terms and Conditions screen.

Don't worry if you've already passed the Terms and Conditions screen or if you've already been approved! Just wait for a few weeks and we'll automatically reset everything for you. XOXO

Can I re-avail a Credit Builder if I repay my previous loan early?

How do I get the loan?

Hi there, luv! You’ll receive an update on your approval via the Tonik App, then you’ll be asked to sign a few documents. Afterwards, you can head to the cashier and send a request for the Confirmation Code. It’s easy, you just have to click a button on the app!


Once you've paid the down payment, the cashier will then share this Confirmation Code with you so you can enter it into your app. Once that’s done, the cashier will receive a second SMS notifying them that the loan has been disbursed, and that you can now take home your item/s. From this SMS, you can also get your loan agreement number.

Can I request for a different due date & change my Flex XL Offer term?

Hi there, luv! Unfortunately, you cannot change your due date and loan terms until you have finished repaying the full amount of your Flex XL Offer. If you haven't taken out a loan yet, make sure you set the right repayment date that allows you to manage your finances. XOXO

When will my repayments for the Flex XL Offer be applied?

Hey, luv! If you click on “Pay Now” and make a payment before your due date, you will get a notification that Tonik has received your payment. It will automatically get posted to your loan account on your due date. On the other hand, if you clicked “Pay Now” on or after your due date, your payment will be immediately credited to your loan account. Hope this helps. XOXO

Can I re-avail a Flex XL Offer or any other loan Tonik offers?

Good question, luv! You may re-avail of another loan once your Flex XL Offer term is up. And guess what? If you keep paying on time, we've got some seriously awesome stuff waiting for you. So, don't let a repayment slip by, okay? XOXO

I changed my mind halfway through my Flex XL Offer application. Can I reset my application?

Yes you can, luv! Feel free to cancel your Flex XL Offer application by clicking on the door icon at the top right corner of your screen. Heads up, this will erase all the information you've previously entered and you can only do this before you get to the Terms and Conditions screen. Don't worry if you've already passed the Terms and Conditions screen or if you've already been approved! Just wait for a few weeks and we'll automatically reset everything for you. XOXO

Can I do advanced partial payments to my Flex XL?

Hi there, luv! Partial repayment isn't available right now, but if you would like to repay your Flex XL Loan early and in full, you may use the self-service early full settlement feature through the app's Loans Dashboard or even contact our Customer Care team through in-app chat for assistance. XOXO

Can I pre-terminate my Flex XL? (Early full settlement)?

Good question, luv! There are two ways you can pre-terminate your Flex XL:

1. You can settle your Flex XL on your own in full by going to your Loans Dashboard and tapping on the "I want to close the loan" button.

Take note that you'll need to have enough balance to pay it off in full. If not, we'll ask you to top-up your Tonik Account first.

2. You can always advise our Customer Care hotline at +63 2 5322 2645 and we will notify you of the amount to be paid to close your existing loan.
