I'm trying to top up the maximum amount of a specific cash-in channel, why is my transaction not pushing through?

Hi there, luv! You may need to adjust the limit for your online/e-commerce transactions in the mobile app of the cash-in channel you're cashing in with. For example, BPI has a default daily e-commerce limit of Php 10,000 in their mobile app. UnionBank mobile app users, on the other hand, may need to enable “Browser Banking” under Login and Security to proceed with their top up.
