I changed my mind and decided to top-up via a different OTC channel. Why can’t I cancel my existing payment code?

Oh no, luv! Our payments partner doesn’t allow for immediate payment code cancellation. It’s best to generate a payment code as soon as you arrive at your chosen OTC branch, since it takes just seconds to generate one from the Tonik App. ​

A new OTC payment code may be generated in the Tonik App after two hours of non-usage or immediately after a successful OTC top-up.
