That’s easy, luv! You just have to maintain a monthly average daily balance (ADB) of Php 10,000 throughout the life of your 6-month Time Deposit and transact at least once a month to earn the additional 1%.  

If you miss out on any of these criteria, your 6-month Time Deposit can still earn 5% p.a. Hope this helps! XOXO
