Promo Mechanics

1. The promo period is from July 1 – August 31, 2026.
2. The Promo is open to all customers who applied for a Tonik Shop Installment Loan within the promo period, subsequently approved and disbursed. There is no minimum loan amount required to qualify for the promo.
3. To earn raffle entries, participants must register by scanning the QR Code that leads to Rain or Shine, Game On! Promo Registration Form. The participants should register their Name, Contact No., Email, Loan Account Number and Store Branch. Complete postal address is acquired during loan application.
4. Each approved and disbursed loan transaction entitles the participant to the corresponding number of raffle entries:
   • ₱20,000 and below – one (1) raffle entry
   • ₱20,001 and above – two (2) raffle entries
5. The deadline for registration to qualify for raffle entries is on or until August 31, 2026.
6. To join the promo, customers should download the Tonik App on App Store or Play Store.

8. Tonik Bank will shoulder the 20% tax on prizes exceeding P10,000.00.
9. Prizes are not convertible to cash but transferable.
10. The raffle draws will be held at 1:30pm in Tonik Digital Bank, Inc. office, Unit 605B, 6/F West Wing, The Offices at Estancia, 1605 Meralco Avenue, Pasig City or online via Zoom, to be witnessed by a DTI representative.
11. For the first raffle draw, the following winners shall be selected:
    • Twelve (12) major prize winners: three (3) winners each from NCR, Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
    • Twenty (20) minor prize winners: five (5) winners each from NCR, Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
12. For the second raffle draw, the following winners shall be selected:
    • Four (4) major prize winners: one (1) winner from NCR, Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
    • Twenty (20) minor prize winners: five (5) winners each from NCR, Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
13. The promo is applicable for every booked Tonik Shop Installment Loan per customer.
14. By registering for the promo, participants authorize Tonik Digital Bank to use their personal information, including their home address provided during the loan application process, for winner verification and prize fulfillment purposes.

REDEMPTION PROCESS

1. Winners will be drawn by Tonik Digital Bank in the presence of a DTI representative during the draw date indicated.
2. Winners shall be notified via registered mail, email, call and SMS notification. The SMS notification will be received by the customer from "VM-Tonik".
3. Winners must claim their prize at the nearest Robinsons Appliances store. To claim the prize, winners must present a valid ID. If claiming through an authorized representative, the winner must provide an Authorization Letter and the Valid IDs of both winner and representative.
4. Redemption of prizes shall be made within one (1) to sixty (60) days from receipt of the registered mail and prize certificate.
5. For Minor Prize Winners: The Tonik Credits of the winners shall be credited to their Tonik Savings Account within twenty-four (24) hours from the announcement of winners.
6. A name can only win once. If a name is drawn more than once, the winner shall only get the prize of higher value.
7. All unclaimed raffle prizes shall be forfeited upon prior approval from DTI.
8. Tonik Bank will shoulder the 20% tax on prizes exceeding P10,000.00.
9. Prizes are not convertible to cash but transferable.
10. Tonik Bank reserves the right and has the authority to deny rewards for incorrect user data, fraudulent transactions, infringement on the terms of use, or other illegal actions as mandated by Philippine law.
11. By participating in this promotion, winners authorize Tonik Digital Bank to use and publish their names, photos and videos for promotional and announcement purposes. This information may be shared through the official Tonik Digital Bank website, social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok), and the official Facebook page of the partner retailer, Robinsons Appliances, where the winning loan was processed.
12. All employees of Tonik Digital Bank, Purple Hub Inc. and Robinsons Appliances, as well as their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from joining the promo.

Tonik Rain or Shine, Game On! Terms & Conditions (T&Cs)

1. The participation in the program is open to all Tonik customers with an approved Tonik Shop Installment Loan during the promo period. All eligible customers should have a good payment record with no delinquencies.

4. The following are not qualified to participate in this promotion:
   • Non-Filipino citizens
   • Tonik customers with a rejected Tonik Shop Installment Loan application
5. Tonik reserves the right to cancel the participation of participants if any abuse, fraud, or proven suspicious activities are found, or if found to violate the Terms & Conditions of this program, the Tonik General Terms & Conditions, or any prevailing regulations of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.
