1. Eligibility
   1. The promo is open to all Tonik Digital Bank customers whose Tonik Shop Installment Loan and Credit Builder Loan is approved and successfully disbursed during the promo period from November 1, 2026 – January 17, 2027.
   2. Each approved and successfully disbursed loan contract shall entitle the customer to one (1) raffle entry.
   3. The following are disqualified from joining the Promo:
      1. Non-Filipino citizens;
      2. Customers with rejected, cancelled, or non-disbursed loan applications; and
      3. Employees of Tonik Digital Bank, participating merchants, promotional agencies, service providers, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity.
2. Registration and Confirmation of Participation
   1. To participate in the raffle, eligible participants must complete the loan application and disbursement process through the Tonik app during the Promo Period.
   2. During registration, participants must expressly confirm their intention to join the raffle by clicking the “Yes, I'll join” button indicating their agreement to participate.
   3. Registration and confirmation of participation in the raffle shall be accepted only until January 17, 2027 (11:59 PM Philippine Time). Only participants who have successfully completed the registration and explicit confirmation process on or before the stated deadline shall be entitled to receive one (1) raffle entry.
   4. Raffle entries shall only be credited upon successful registration and explicit confirmation of participation.
   5. Automatic earning or crediting of raffle entries without prior registration and confirmation shall not be allowed.
   6. In the event that the loan contract is cancelled, terminated, or otherwise rendered invalid, the corresponding raffle entry shall be automatically forfeited.
   7. Raffle entries are non-transferable and shall be valid only for the corresponding loan contract under which they were earned.

   Details of the Fully Waived Loan Prize

   The promo is offered to Tonik Shop Installment Loan and Credit Builder Loan with minimum loan amount of P5,000.00 and maximum loan amount of P50,000.00. The Fully Waived Loan prize covers the winner’s qualified outstanding principal amount and interest.

   The amount waived shall be based on the winner’s actual qualified outstanding loan balance at the time of prize fulfillment. The winner shall have no remaining payment obligation after the prize fulfillment.

   1. The raffle draws shall be held at 1:30 PM at the Tonik Digital Bank, Inc. office located at Unit 605B, 6/F West Wing, The Offices at Estancia, 1605 Meralco Avenue, Pasig City, or through an online platform such as Zoom, in the presence of a duly authorized representative of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
   2. A customer may win only once per draw. If drawn more than once, the higher-value prize shall be awarded.
   3. Winners shall be selected through an electronic raffle draw using a computerized randomizer system.
   4. Winners shall be notified via registered mail, email, phone call, and SMS from the official sender ID “VM-Tonik” using the contact details provided during the loan application process.
   5. Tonik Digital Bank shall shoulder the 20% final withholding tax on prizes exceeding ₱10,000, in accordance with Philippine tax regulations.
   6. By participating in this promotion, winners authorize Tonik Digital Bank to use and publish their names, photos, and videos for promotional and announcement purposes. This information may be shared through the official Tonik Digital Bank website, social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok), and the official Facebook page of the partner retailer where the winning loan was processed.
4. Redemption Process
   1. Winners must claim their prizes within sixty (60) days from receipt of the registered mail notification.
   2. Prize Winners (Fully Waived Loan): The loan waiver will automatically be reflected in the winner’s Tonik account within 24 hours after our official Facebook announcement post.
   3. Prizes not claimed within the prescribed claiming period shall be forfeited in favor of Tonik Digital Bank, Inc. upon prior approval from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
5. Data Privacy
   1. The Bank shall process personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
   2. By registering and confirming participation, participants expressly authorize the Bank to collect, process, and use their personal data solely for purposes of administering this Promo, including validation of eligibility, raffle draw processing, winner notification, and prize fulfillment.

1. The participation in the program is open to all Tonik Digital Bank customers whose Tonik Shop Installment Loan and Credit Builder loan application is approved and successfully disbursed during the promo period. All eligible customers should have a good payment record with no delinquencies.
