Lifecycle Campaigns Intern

The Lifecycle Campaigns Intern will work closely with both the Campaigns Manager and Conversions Specialist to help execute campaigns and experiments that drive repeat borrowing, reactivation, and conversion. This role focuses on campaign setup, testing, and operational support, helping ensure campaigns and experiments are executed accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution Support
- Set up ad hoc campaigns across push, SMS, and in-app channels
- Configure basic targeting and filters based on instructions
- Experiment & Conversion Support
- Help set up A/B tests and campaign variants
- Assist in preparing different versions of campaigns
- Support simple tracking of experiments being run
- Campaign QA & Testing
- Run basic UAT checks before campaign deployment such as validating audiences and flagging content errors, etc.
- Optional: Content & Experiment Support
- Assist in drafting simple message variations when needed
- Suggest small improvements to messaging based on past campaigns
Qualification
- 3rd–4th year college student (Marketing, Business, Analytics, or similar)
- Comfortable with basic logic (if/else thinking)
- Familiar with Google Sheets / Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to follow structured processes and checklists
- Clear and concise written communication
