We are seeking a highly motivated Performance Marketing Officer to be part of our dynamic marketing team. Reporting directly to the Head of Digital Growth, you'll have a key role in driving and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various channels. Your contributions will be crucial in shaping and executing our marketing strategies to achieve our growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage performance marketing campaigns for Google, and TikTok channels. This includes developing a media plan, implement campaigns, regular monitoring of the campaign, and providing optimization opportunities.  
  • Participate in paid media communication and creatives planning with the marketing team.  
  • Participate in implementing tracking codes/pixels/scripts that help us be smart and on top of our digital marketing performance with the Product and Engineering teams.  
  • QA test and troubleshoot changes and issues, ensuring that our digital ad buys and marketing systems are always running smoothly.  
  • Explore and pursue new traffic and growth sources, testing and refining our digital marketing plan on an ongoing basis.  
  • Regularly scan digital campaigns and presence of competition.  
  • Maintain knowledge of industry best practices, trends, and updates on Facebook, Google, and TikTok.  

Qualification

  • At least a year or more of experience working in a performance marketing role.  
  • Hands-on experience setting up, managing, and optimizing ads on Facebook, TikTok, Google, and other digital channels.  
  • Strong analytical skills and love for mathematics.  
  • A strong working knowledge of Google Analytics, web/campaign tracking best-practices and equivalent analytics platforms but for mobile apps.  
  • A solid understanding of conversion-improvement tactics, A/B testing approaches, and landing page optimization.
  • Google and Facebook certifications are nice to have.  
  • A “can-do” attitude and a willingness to seek answers and push past obstacles. 8. An ability to generate ideas and work independently
