Responsibilities

Identifies potential strategic partnership opportunities to support overall Bank strategy, growth, and market positioning;
Establishes and nurtures relationships with potential strategic partners and maintains strong rapport with partners to foster long term collaboration;
Conducts market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and market trends;
Communicates the bank's strategy and performance to internal and external stakeholders;
Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards;
Builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders including customers, employees, and regulators.
Identifies and prepares evaluation of new business opportunities and partnership;
Coordinates with cross-bank teams on execution of bank strategy;
Collaborates with partners to negotiate terms and agreements that are mutually beneficial;
Works closely with internal teams such as Risk, Tech and Product team to coordinate partnership activities and ensure alignment with organizational objectives;
Monitors and Evaluates Partnerships: Tracks and evaluates the performance of partnerships by identifying areas for improvement and optimization; and
Offers support to partners as needed, serving as a point of contact for inquiries and assistance.

Qualification

Master’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
10+ years of experience in a strategic planning role within a financial institution.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of the banking industry and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
Strong project management skills.
Ability to think out of box.
Ability to think creatively and strategically.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
