Learning Experience Officer
Philippines - Operations
As a Learning Experience Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Tonik’s people capability and performance culture. You will design, deliver, and continuously enhance learning experiences that empower employees with the skills, mindset, and leadership capabilities needed to thrive in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Responsibilities
Learning Needs Assessment & Strategy
- Conduct training needs analysis through surveys, interviews, performance data, and stakeholder consultations.
- Partner with department heads and leaders to define short- and long-term learning priorities.
- Design structured and personalized learning paths aligned with business objectives, role requirements, and employee development needs.
Learning Experience Design & Delivery
- Design and develop engaging learning content including manuals, e-learning modules, videos, job aids, and facilitator guides.
- Deliver interactive training sessions using workshops, simulations, group discussions, and multimedia tools.
- Implement blended learning approaches combining instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning.
- Embed Tonik’s culture, values, and customer-first mindset into all learning experiences.
Evaluation, Analytics & Continuous Improvement
- Evaluate training effectiveness using KPI-driven insights, incorporating feedback, assessment outcomes, completion metrics, knowledge retention, and measurable behavioral change.
- Analyze learning data and translate insights into program improvements.
- Continuously innovate by introducing modern learning approaches such as gamification, mobile learning, microlearning, and social learning.
Collaboration & Knowledge Enablement
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure learning solutions address real performance gaps.
- Support leadership and capability-building initiatives across the organization.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and mentorship.
Learning Operations & Reporting
- Manage training logistics including schedules, registrations, materials, and attendance tracking.
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
- Prepare and present reports to management on learning outcomes, impact, and improvement areas.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field. Training, L&D, or instructional design certifications are an advantage.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in training, learning & development, or talent development—preferably within financial services, fintech, or a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience designing and delivering learning programs using multiple modalities (e-learning, workshops, on-the-job training).
- Ability to create engaging, learner-centered experiences and experiment with modern learning methods.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and writing skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Comfortable evaluating learning effectiveness and using data to drive decisions.
- Experience using LMS platforms, online learning tools, and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Thrives in a digital-first, rapidly evolving organization.
