Campaign Associate

Philippines - Marketing

This role is integral to our organization's efforts in planning, executing, and evaluating various marketing and outreach campaigns. As a Campaign Associate, you will have the opportunity to contribute to impactful initiatives that engage our audience and drive our mission forward.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in execution of lifecycle strategy, customer engagement and activation, and marketing campaigns  
  • Implement A/B multivariate testing across relevant campaign channels
  • Assist in monitoring and managing day-to-day analysis of campaign  
  • Use analysis and reports to provide recommendations on how to enhance campaigns and strategy being executed
  • Creates and suggests quick wins based on data and analysis to ensure targets are met.  
  • Coordination with other departments for campaign preparation, approval, and execution
  • Research and check competitors, and industry trends examples of best practices to support strategy development 

Qualification

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • At least one (1) year of relevant experience
  • Microsoft Excel skills
  • Knowledgeable on high level analytics
  • Experience with any Engagement tool (Clever tap, MoEngage, the likes) would be a plus
  • Experience in eCommerce or Fintech would be a plus
